We offer 5T, 20T and 60T Plastic To Fuel (PTF) machines, that recycle 20T and 60T of plastic respectively per day, producing 100% green fuel from PE, PP, and PS plastic on a continues basis 350 days / year.
Fuel produced from PTF machine emits 1.7 kg of CO2 per 1 litre of fuel, compared to 2.7 KG of CO2 from fossil fuel.

actd vs pyrolYsis.
Advanced Catalytic Thermal Depolymerization is a different type of reaction, which is more controllable, no hazardous and runs with way lower temperatures than pyrolysis process.
ACTD makes it possible to recycle plastic directly into the fuel with a lower temperature and without additional distillation, hazardous components and damaging vapours to the atmosphere as it does when regular known pyrolysis is in work.

Wether you decide to use fuel yourself and decrease your operational costs, or distribute 100% green low carbon fuel - we provide an assistance with storage and distribution through our partners.
Plastic to Fuel (PTF) machine
Modular system comes in a default size of 20T and 60T which you can increase up to 100T or more. Easy to operate and run, low energy consumption and customised power setting (electricity or gas). PTF can also be adjusted to your needs: produce more diesel or gasoline, based on your preference.
Maintainance services
We provide installation and operational support for the Plastic to Fuel machines 365 days a year.
